We can for example, hold flights for you for a few days, after which a deposit is required and we can advise the payment plan. Some items required full payment such as lift passes, but our airfares and accommodation only require a deposit.

We offer several payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, direct deposit and cash. There is currently no credit card surcharge on our flights. For groups of 6 or more, we can arrange additional options—just contact us for details.

Yes, we have competitive pricing and commission structures for travel agents. Please email us on letterhead advising what you would like.

We answer our phones 24/7 for urgent issues. We deal with upper management at airlines, so we can get any issue resolved fast.

For non-urgent matters, we try to reply to any email fast, very fast, often after hours.
